Scope

These terms govern use of dispatchfuel.ai, including the waitlist and the pilot application. Use of the DispatchFuel.ai product is governed by a separate agreement signed with each carrier.

Pre-launch status

DispatchFuel.ai is in development. Descriptions on this site are of intended functionality and may change. Nothing here is a commitment to a launch date, a feature, a price or a result, and no savings figure on this site is a measured customer outcome — where a figure appears, it is labelled as an example of structure.

Waitlist and pilot applications

Submitting either form does not create a contract or guarantee a pilot place. We select pilot carriers at our discretion and will tell you either way. Please submit accurate information; a pilot assessment based on wrong fleet details helps nobody.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated or fraudulent entries, or use it to distribute unlawful content. We rate limit submissions and may block abusive traffic.

Intellectual property

The DispatchFuel.ai name, mark, copy and interface designs on this site belong to us. Product names of third parties are the property of their owners; naming an integration does not imply an endorsement by that company.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on pre-launch descriptions of the product.
